They had great customer service. They communicated well. It was raining and they rescheduled me because they didn't want to take a chance my interior getting wet while they were doing it which was nice. They were convenient. They were willing to come to my place of work and do it in my parking lot. I thought that was convenient. I've had no issues with the windshield. They did have a little bit of issue on waiting on them.

Allan (the owner) is very punctual and efficient. This is my go-to shop for anything related to my auto glass or auto body repair. For the door handle, it took awhile for Allan to get one, and it ended up being a bit expensive. Their labor cost was very reasonable -- if not a little low, in my opinion.

I'm not sure if it was the weather or not, but when the window shades I had installed were done, they ended up falling off within a few months. The adhesive that was used was not of the best quality, and so I needed to take my car back a second time to have it fixed. The second time around, it was installed incorrectly. I'm not going to take it back to have them mess it up again.

Installers arrived within the specified time period and performed the glass installation in professional and timely manner. They did offer a much appreciated and quot;rebate.and quot; This was an insurance claim but the prices listed on the invoice appeared to be inline.
