Description of Work: Although he was booked up, he made time for us as we were in a pinch to get the inspection done with trying to sell one place and moving into another. He was great to work with and had a great personality.

+ -1 moreThe inspection went fine. Seemed like he was using terms in describing problems to make himself sound smarter, instead of talking about solutions to problems. In the end he missed a large area of moisture in the home and nothing was on the report about it either.
Description of Work: Did his job but can't say that it was the best or was as complete as it could have been.
