FCI staff were very helpful in selecting the several coordinated tile products we used. Installation was clearly expert - I am very impressed with the caliber of work.

Very Poorly. I sign the contract to start the job in June of 2014 and they finally finished in December of 2015. told them that my mother would be visiting in August and the job needed to be completed by then. The failed to meet that deadline. Part of the reason for this was they failed to inform us that our tile was backordered. If they had told us that our tile was going to be backordered we would have changed tile. The calking around the tub looks like an amateur did the job instead of a professional. They continually pulled the tile installer off the job so he would have to break down his equipment and reset back up when he returned.

They were excellent. They did an outstanding job. It was my first time using them. Their price was good. Their installation was on schedule. They did a good job. The whole thing went really well.

It was great. I was satisfied. They did what they were supposed to do. They did the job. They cleaned up. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. Their professionalism was way above what they needed to do to complete the job. The price was within normal range. Everything was good.

They did a good job, but the price was way too high. Later I realized how inflated the price was even for a last minute job. I would just move in and then get several quotes in the future.

After making measurements for over 1000 sq ft of flooring, never provided estimate even after I called and asked. Guess they are are too busy.
