Really well. I called in, they were out on a site visit, but gave me a time to come in. I did, and they did what was required quickly, inexpensively, and efficiently. A great experience. Though I hope I don't need to use them again, I will if I need a locksmith's services again.

I lost the key to my 1997 Nissan Sentra so I called around shopping for the best price to have a locksmith make a new key for me. I didn't know what to expect, $100? $300? I really had no idea and I was pretty nervous, especially after hearing about locksmith scammers ripping people off left and right. I definitely knew that I wanted a local locksmith and I was hoping to find one with some positive reviews. Unfortunately Angie's List was a bit of a let down in that area. Most of the Flagstaff area locksmiths that appear on Angie's List are nowhere near Flag. (why?) One of the numbers that I called was a local company called Flag Lock with an address somewhere out on the far east end of town. The guy who answered, Tim, was polite and professional but told me that he was busy and couldn't get to me for a few hours. I was bummed about the wait time but something else sealed the deal for me: Tim asked me if I was a member of AAA, which I'd completely forgotten that I've been a member for probably 10 years. He told me that my membership would cover the first $100 of the cost of my key and that he would arrange everything when he arrived. Tim showed up a bit later than he said he would (maybe by 15 minutes) but he had the decency to call me to keep me informed of his arrival time. He was able to make the key in about 40 minutes and it worked just as good as the one I lost. While I was talking to Tim I learned that he had recently bought the company from the previous owner and they were no longer located on the far east side of town. He said that their new shop is just off Butler and Milton. After Tim made the key he processed my information through AAA and my bill was just $40. Thank you Tim, I'll be sure to call again if I need a locksmith.

Flag Lock driver nearly rear ended our vehicle twice and then swerved at our car on I40 at high rate of speed. When I called the phone # on the van, I was told I was speaking to the owner, Thomas, and his driver was out in the van. After telling him the driver nearly hit us, the person on the phone began cursing at me along with many other derogatory and demeaning comments. He then pulled off the freeway at Cosnino Road in Flagstaff and began taunting me to "pull over" several times until I finally hung up the phone. I have been a proffessional truck driver for 30 years and haven't seen anything like this even in many years of Los Angeles, CA driving. Pretty bad for a vehicle with large AAA signs all over it. Is this the kind of "menace" anyone would like to do business with???
