Description of Work: Dave seemed like a nice guy but he very rarely showed up when he said he would (not just late but would just not show-up) and would sometimes inform me he wasn't coming but most times would not. He also never returned voicemails left on his business phone. Very unreliable but the work he did complete (we gave up on him after several weeks of trying to have him complete the painting of our house) was fine/acceptable and the price was very reasonable.
