CSI Southwest - Professional Business Services

It had been a while since we had our website built and we wanted to updated some of the content on the site, but never got around to it. We received a mailing from CSI Southwest offering their current promotion and decided to give them a call. I had to leave a message asking them to call me back. I got a call back in about 10 minutes. We arranged a time for them to come to my office and they showed up on time. We had about a half an hour meeting where we discussed what I wanted them to do and their prices, pretty reasonable. I told them this was not a rush job but I got a call the next day asking me to check the site to see the changes and sure enough all the changes I provided were done. All was done as I asked but I wanted to try another position for some pictures and they did the change while I was on the phone. I am super happy with their ability to make the changes. They offered a maintenance program that makes sense. I have them on retainer at a reduced rate and I don't lose any money if I don't use them right away and no monthly fee. I would definitely recommend CSI for computer needs. This is the company I will be using
