Description of Work: We bought a distressed property with a 3100-sq-ft house that had not had exterior paint since it was built--in 1990! The paint was peeling, and some of the trim boards were starting to rot from exposure to the elements. Cardenas Painting's bid was less than half the next lowest bid, and they did outstanding work. They prepped the surfaces well and backrolled to be sure that the paint got into all the nooks and crannies to provide thorough coverage. Once they finished, they did a walk-through with us to be sure we were satisfied, and they did a few minor touch-ups at our request. We were very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work, especially at such a reasonable price for such a big job. The house looks great!

+ -1 moreA quote to complete the painting was received on Thursday. I checked Cardenas Painting references that evening and everything was acceptable. I spoke with Cardenas on Friday and painting was scheduled for Saturday and the trim would be finished on Monday. All painting was completed as scheduled and I was pleased with the work done.
Description of Work: Cardenas Painting completed painting the upper areas of my house that had a very steep roof and very challenging to paint without the proper equipment and experience

+ -1 moreWe had some fire damage on our home and needed some touch up painting done. He was very knowledgeable about the coatings that needed to go on. He shows up on time or gives you a call if he knows he is running late. He was very good about staying within budget.

+ -1 moreThey left some spaces where they were supposed to put some sand to fill in the holes. The didn't do the work properly. They made an appointment to come back and fix it and they never came back.
