+ -1 moreLoved the product. The threshold between our entry hall and family room was not done properly. It was cracked and bowed a little. Within 2 months it was bowed a lot and eventually cracked in half. Follow up warranty work was almost impossible to get.

Description of Work: I had several flooring issues that needed resolved/ repaired and refinished. They knew exactly how to resolve my subfloor issues. I guess they do this all the time. They were so respectful and careful with my home and furnishings. We did a large sand and refinish process on my main floors. The equipment they use is phenomenal, their expertise was impressive, the outcome was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone at their place of business were so easy to work with, very nice people and all concerned for our project and it's outcome all along the way. We felt like we were among old friends. We've had a lot of project homes in the past. This company definitely exceeded all past experiences. We highly recommend them

+ -1 moreThey came out when they said they could, they got to work right away, They were very professional and efficient. They did an excellent job in measuring and fitting replacement damaged sections of floor planking and the finished result is perfect. Clean up was good too.

+ 0 moreInstalled the vinyl first. Took 2 days. Very precise work. They didn't cut any corners until the last seam. It went across the wood grain, and I didn't like it. They came back, took another look, and said "You're right, it should have been done differently. We will order more vinyl and re-install the poorly-seamed piece correctly." Which they did, at their expense. They didn't ask for the balance of their money until they knew that I was satisfied. The only "problem", if you could call it that, was that they were consistently about an hour later than their projected arrival, but once we realized that, we didn't expect them as early as they said. Carpeting installation went well, with no problems.
Description of Work: Installed tile-look and wood-look vinyl sheet flooring and carpeting in our newly-built house over a concrete slab floor.

+ -1 moreT hey came out on time when promised and they worked at least two or three hours to replace all the old floor trim.
Description of Work: We bought hardwood flooring from them over a year ago. We were happy with the install and the product and it has held up very well. except for the trim. We contacted them and requested they come out to fix the trim They replaced all of it and they did a great job under the warranty for no charge. This is a good honest family owned firm with good people and we highly recommend them. We will use them again.
