Description of Work: They did my windows two years ago. It was perfect; so I called them this year. I called 3 times over 4 days. They never returned my calls.

 + -1 moreThey were average. The staffs that I spoke with were great. They left the area clean. With the exception of one window, all of the windows were clean. The screens were put back and they were pretty quick about doing the work. They come in, do it, and then, they leave. They did it in less than two hours. They missed a window and we had to call several times about scheduling, but it turned out that there was extenuating circumstances.
Description of Work: I used Brothers Window Washing. They took down all of the window screens and cleaned them, cleaned the windows, and put everything back.

Description of Work: THE OWNER CAME BY MY HOME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE A WEEK BEFORE MY APPT. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME FOR APPT. WORK WAS DONE FAST AND PERFECT!

 + 0 moreOnly complaint was gutter guy threw pine needles on ground and patio until I gave him a bag. He said he would clean up the debris he threw on ground, but he did not. And I don't think he got all the gutters in the front of the house. I am really disappointed as I have used Brothers for 15 years and this was the first time I was not thrilled with their services.
Description of Work: Windows and screens, inside and out; sky lights, mirrors and clean gutters.
