Outstanding company from the customer service, to the excellent quality and timely response for having the new product built. We needed new deck railings installed for our lower deck. We were highly impressed by both Jeremy and Scottie for giving us a timely estimate and getting our job completed soon afterwards. Tino and Steven were excellent! Tino is definitely a craftsman with wood and he solved a perplexing part of our railing. We didn't need to have the deck railings replaced on our upper deck, however, the quality and craftsmanship of the lower railings prompted us to have the upper railings replaced. We were delighted with the result! Three months went by and we noticed some of the wood was splitting. Char (the receptionist) was amazing and notified Jeremy immediately. Jeremy purchased new redwood after being alerted to the situation and had Steven come to the house and paint the new wood. Steven removed the damaged pieces and replaced them with higher quality wood at no additional cost to us. Incredible customer service and so responsive - my husband and I highly recommend Better Built Sheds!

Nothing but good things to say about Scott, Jeremy and Tino. Jeremy was in constant contact with me and addressed all of my concerns. Scott supervised the project making sure everything was getting done correctly. Tino is an awesome craftsmen who is open to suggestions and answered my questions during the build. Definitely would hire them again.

They built our deck one year ago . Since then the top rails and surface boards were splitting and peeling . This company Better Built Sheds didn t have to do anything for us ! But Scott said this Is not the quality of work we do , So at NO CHARGE at all they replaced all the rails and deck flooring and steps . They did an amazing job and we were 100% satisfied!!!!! Thanks Scott and Travis 👍

Scotty and his crew are the best! I made my initial request through HomeAdvisor and Scotty came out the same day. Alfonso started the project and three days later, it was complete. Demolition clean-up and haul away was perfection. Please support this local business because they rock!

Scotty answered my request immediately, came out in just a few days, did a fairly complicated refurbishing and repainting of a very large deck and did an excellent job. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them to others.

Scotty and his crew were fantastic to work with! First off, he actually answers his phone when called, and second he and his people take a great deal of pride in providing a service to our community. After one of the most severe snowfalls in the last 100 years, Scotty and his people made it to my house the same day I called and made sure I could access my home.

After lengthy research and discussions with Scottie, I contracted with his company from my home in Kansas to demo and replace 3 decks on my second home in Flagstaff. We both agreed that a great deal of trust would be required on both our parts in this long-distance relationship. I consider myself most fortunate that Scottie could re-arrange his schedule to complete all of the work before I would arrive in Flagstaff. I made periodic payments as the work progressed and Scottie called me often and sent me pictures regularly as reassurance that all was moving forward. I could not believe how terrific everything looked when I arrived! I learned later that many neighbors had stopped by while the work was underway and were quite impressed. Most notably, one of my neighbors is a retired carpenter. He stopped by the house regularly and admired not only the quality of the work, but the work ethic of Scottie and his team. Scottie is a man who runs a business that performs with a clear focus on understanding a customer's needs and concerns. He then takes great pride in delivering a result greater than your expectations!
