I was insulted and sworn at with my four year old boy holding my hand. I'm sure your knowledge and service is top notch for the rest of your elitist ******* customers. But you should hang a sign on your door though for the test of us that says "dont bother. We dont cater to your kind." I was insulted in front of my 4 year old boy for owning a weedwacker brand trimmer. I found the part that I was looking for after two minutes on the internet for $8 after shipping. You could have ordered the same part and charged me an additional 20 for the repair and had a customer for life. You could have also pretended to be a man and told me politely, these types of repairs and machines take more time and effort than we have time for. Instead, when I said thanks for the insult you literally told me to "get the **** out ...i dont give a ****..." Class act.

didn't work when I got home. Had to go back again. very inconvenient. lots of attitude when I asked it be started the second time to insure I wasn't making another wasted trip.

It went well. Prompt service at a fair price. The problem reoccurred and when I took it back they fixed it free.

I stopped at their store to ask about their service procedure. Was told the charge to pick up and deliver the snowblower ($80), and the hourly charge for repair ($80). They picked up the unit later that same day, had it about a week, and returned it repaired (I believe--haven't been able to use it, but it does run and it starts with the pull rope, which it wasn't doing before). The cost was very reasonable--one hour of labor plus about $40 in parts and tax, plus the pickup charge. They called at noon today to say it was ready, and it was sitting in my driveway within 30 minutes. Both men I dealt with were professional and courteous, unerstood what needed to be done, and they did it. I will definitely go back to them when the need arises. Phone number: 928-779-2211
