July 9, 2013 - I called Arizona Luxury Lawns of Flagstaff to get an estimate on installing artificial grass in a section of my backyard. Rob answered his phone and told me he could be out the next day at 3:30 to provide an estimate.
July 10, 2013 - 3:30pm sharp Rob showed up with the various samples of artificial grass he offers. He was courteous and professional and gave me estimates on various types of artificial grass he offers.
July 11, 2013 - I called Rob and let him know we wanted to have him come out and do the installation. He said he could do it the following Monday or Tuesday and he would call me back to confirm the date of the install.
July 16, 2013 - Rob and his crew showed up in the morning to began the install. His entire crew was professional and courteous and began working right away. I was told it would take about 3/4 of a day to complete the install which it did. I knew the artificial grass would look good but it turned out absolutely beautiful and much better than my wife and i had expected.
I would highly recommend Arizona Luxury Lawns to anybody looking to get artificial grass installed. They conduct business they way it should be conducted. Phone calls are returned, they show up when they say they are going to show up and they do excellent work and it is very obvious they take pride in their work.
