+ -1 moreMost companies could not schedule until the following week. This was an emergency to me with water slowly leaking from the 2nd floor bathtub area to the first floor dining room ceiling. The owner Chip was busy, too, but managed to squeeze my problem into his day's roster. He sent Matt, who was professional, informative, clean-working, and a COVID-conscious plumber. The problem was found, a plumbing part was replaced, and instructions were given on how to dry the ceiling and proceed with dry wall repair. I have used other plumbers through the decades, but this Company was most impressive in terms of expediency, professionalism, care, and cost.
