About us

We are a family owned company and currently I am the only full time employee. I do have a part time employee who has worked with me for the last 10 years for those jobs that just require a second set of hands. We do sub-contract to specialty contractors when the job requires and it is the most prudent option. Our billing procedures vary depending on the size and duration of the job, for smaller one to two day jobs we provide an estimate before starting work once you have approved we then complete the work and will present a bill that is due upon completion. Larger and longer duration jobs we again will provide an estimate beforehand but will require a 30% down payment then at an agreed upon point such as half completion we may require a second 30% payment with the balance being due upon completion. We accept cash, check and credit cards.

Altitude Remodeling LLC is a general residential handyman and remodeling company. We are also doing commercial handyman work. We are capable of doing all work pertaining to carpentry (framing, siding, baseboard, casing, doors, windows, cabinets and anything else), Plumbing ( subcontracted other than minor), Electrical (subcontracted other than minor), Painting (exterior & interior), Flooring (laminate, vinyl, tile), Concrete (smaller) and many other honey-do list type jobs.
