Description of Work: My former employer paid for this move. Moving Management was/is an Atlas Interstate Agent. I have moved over a dozen times and this was the worst moving experience as regards the number of items missing/broken and the quality of service. I submitted a form listing missing/broken items over 3 months ago, and I have not heard from the company or my former employer. My 2 follow-up emails to the company have gone unanswered. I knew this would happen because back when we were actually still communicating the manager kept saying I am not getting your emails, but he was somehow answering the emails. Many items not listed on the inventory are missing. I had specifically asked that all big ticket items be listed on the inventory and not just lumped in box xx. Guess what? Items that I specifically asked to have on the inventory are missing. Also, several inventoried items are missing and or broken. The house where the household goods were delivered was newly painted. I asked the moving company, when scheduling the delivery, that the movers come prepared to protect doorways and walls. The blanket clamps and pads were inadequate in number and quality. Several of the blanket clamps caused damage because the metal clamps were exposed and scratched the painted surfaces. Walls and doorways were bumped into. Our oak bed rails had hammer marks on them from when the bed was dismantled at our old house.
