EXCELLENT! I could not be happier, and will be singing his praises to all of the 29 other homeowners in my HOA. It was a pleasure working with Ernnie Sinclair!

I had three contractors come out to give me a proposal to re-seal the flat roof portion of my house (about 1,600 S.F). Ernnie Sinclair explained in great details what and why he proposes to install a membrane with 501 Elastomeric roof coating. Although he had the highest bid, his proposed work made the most sense. He is an honest and very polite man who is proud of his work and did an excellent job. He took pictures during the entire process and e-mailed them to me. I highly recommend Ernnie to anybody who appreciates quality and integrity. If there were 6 stars I would give it him.

Ernnie is the real deal. He explains the work (takes pictures of what he has done so he can explain it to you), is prompt, cleans up well and very knowledgeable. He is also extremely pleasant to work with. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. Probably not the cheapest guy around, but you pay for what you get.

I had an HOA violation for pigeon dropping s so I needed help fast. In to the rescue was Home Advisor and Sinclair Roofing. Ernie fit me in his schedule right away which was important. More important was he did a great job at a reasonable price. Plus Ernie was professional and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend.
