I did not meet them personally, as I was at work at the time, but my wife mentioned that they are very friendly. We had one spot that evidently is very stubborn, but the remainder of the carpeting looks very nice. We are having them come back in a few weeks.

Very personable, friendly and efficient. Cleaning and scheduling. Totally dry in six hours. Makes my stained carpets look brand new. I have been using them every six months or so. Phil does the cleaning, and his wife does the scheduling. They make a great team. I would give them six stars, if I could.

They got out stains in the carpet that the other cleaners we had used before could not. Highly recommended, very professional, great customer service.
