Very friendly and on time. My knocks on the company is that the carpet was wet because I don't think their machine was powerful enough to extract it dry. Also, at first I did not want them to do the tile in the house but after they arrived I changed my mind. I was told by the gentleman who showed up to do the job that he doesn't do tile. I'm assuming that he would if the machine was capable but the reason was not explained.

Showed up on time did amazing job on my carpet and rug, very pleasant and very friendly company. I would definitely recommend them.

They provided extremely good customer service, they picked up my very large area rug-which my dogs had urinated on. They gave me a rough estimate of the cost over the phone and charged me in the mid-range of their estimate. They brought my carpet back when they said they would and I really appreciated that! The rug is beautiful and they got the urine smell out of it! It smells so nice and clean! I am very happy and satisfied with their service!!
