We initially had All Pro Sunscreens put sunscreens on the front and back windows because this is where we noticed we were having a problem with the sun coming in. We felt an immediate improvement after the screens were installed and have scheduled All Pro Sunscreens to come back to put sunscreens on the rest of the windows. Carl, the owner, has always been prompt and professional. We feel his price is reasonable and his service great. We would highly recommend him to anyone considering putting sunscreens on their home.

Carl was not only on time, but he was early, prices were lower than others, and about in the middle, excellent.

He was prompt & professional with both the estimate visit and the installation visit which were less than 2 weeks apart. He was very knowledgeable about his product and comparisons with competing products. I had gotten 4 estimates from A-rated companies on Angie's List and his was considerably lower than his competitors except for one which was close. I went with this company because he demonstrated superior knowledge... the savings was just icing on the cake. His estimate was right on target.

Excellent Showed up on time for initial meeting, took measurements , gave us a price, came back 5 days later and installed them. Did a great job!

Overall, it went very well. Installer knew what he was doing. The only problem that happened was 2 of the screens did not fit correctly, he said he would be back in couple of days with new screens. It took a week, but all in all, I was very happy with All-Pro's job.

We found a better price so used a different company. This company were very professional with apps etc.

When I initially called for a quote, the representative called me back within a few hours and was able to come out the same day to take measurements and give a quote. I thought about it over night and called her every day for the next 3 days to try and schedule the service and never received a response. On the 4th day, I called the office and was able to place my order. They told me that it would be 1-1.5 weeks for production and then they would call to schedule the install. After 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything and tried calling their office for a status update. After 3 days of calling, Carl called me back to schedule the appointment. He apologized about the delay in getting back to me and scheduled the install for a few days later. The technician came out on time for the installation and the sun screens were installed quickly and look great on the house. The difference in our house is amazing! The sun screens keep the house much cooler and we are so happy to have them. While there were some issues with responsiveness, All Pro Sunscreens delivered a high quality product for the best price in town (25% less then the other 3 quotes). Thanks Carl!

Measurements were taken in late April, then installation was done May 2nd. The work went quickly, but the associate told me that one screen was slightly off the measure taken so he would return it to the shop. In a few days he returned and completed the job.

Went well. Carl was on time for his appointment and delivered the product as promised. The young man who removed the old screens and installed the new ones showed up as scheduled and was very nice.

I called All Pro sunsreens to set up a time for an estimate. Carl (the owner) called back and came out to give us our estimate. We were just going to get the front and sides of our house done but when Carl told me the price it was so much cheaper than I thought it was going to cost. So we had him go ahead and do the entire house.We are so glad we did, what a HUGE differance it has made in the comfort and privacy.At first I was afraid to get the 90% UV protection because I thought it would be hard to see out the windows. I was totally surprised at how clear it is to see out. I can still see the beautiful Estrella mountains very clear! Also, it is nice to be able to have my blinds open when the sun is blaring outside and it isn't blaring into my house anymore. Carl came out at the time stated and completed the job in one day.My husband and I are total perfectionast's so after he left I noticed there were some gaps on the sides of the screens where the windows slide open. I called him and he promptly came back and fixed it. Seems that our windows are a bit out of kilter so they weren't laying flat against the wall. That's our builders fault. Bugs were coming in so I am happy Carl fixed it. Carl did a very professional job and we love how nice it looks and how much cooler it is in the house! I can't wait to see how much we'll save on our VERY high electric bill. We have the best looking house in the neighborhood! Thanks Carl, and keep up the great customer service because that is so hard to find now days!!!!!

All Pro Sunscreens was recommended to me by a friend. I called All Pro Sunscreens and Carl, the owner, returned my call within the hour. We set up an appointment for an estimate and was surprise when it was Carl that arrived. He arrived on time and I was immediately put at ease. I appreciated the fact that he did not talk down to me, did not try to sell me more than I needed, and especially appreciated the fact that he did not ask if my husband would be making the decision. (Yes, that has happened before with other companies!) The materials All Pro Sunscreens uses is the same as most companies use (Textilene, 1" frames, metal corners), what set him apart, in my opinion, was his attitude and fair price. He offered to beat any reasonable estimate, but didn't need to, his was the best. He took the measurements and promised an installation date of about one week out. Carl called the night before the screens were to be installed and gave me a time window. The installer was running a bit late and called to let me know when he would arrive. He was actually only 15 minutes late which I thought was really good considering the Valley's traffic situation (and he called!!). The screens were installed promptly by an installer who was presentable and polite. There were no mistakes on the order and the screens looked fantastic. I think the clincher for me is that Carl called me after the screens were installed and asked how I liked them.

He took a lot of time to answer all my questions and scheduled an install right away! Carl came to my house and measured for the sunscreens. He was able to give me a price and let me purchase on a as needed basis. That way I could complete my house in parts. He returned the next week and installed them. (Its takes a few days for the company to build the custom screens) I received a confirmation call the night before install, and they showed up ON TIME the next day! ****THE SCREENS LOOK AMAZING!! VERY HIGH QUALITY!!**** The prices were excellent and it was much more affordable than we were expecting sun screens to be. What a HUGE difference they made to the house! I couldn't of asked for a better company!!

Carl returned phone call in a timely manner and was available for a timely estimate appointment.Estimate amount provided was very competitive and for the service I got, I was glad I chose All Pro.
