AG Home Services (Alan) has done a complete remodel of an investment property I owned in addition to being my first go-to handy man for another property. I owned 2 investment properties in the PHX area. For any maintenance needs, Alan took the time to fix any issue (e.g., AC issue) and ensure that there were no future issues. He has fair pricing and is very meticulous with his work. He is also very good at communicating with me of any issues or any potential increase scope of work. For my single family home, he did an excellent job in doing a huge remodeling project (e.g., flooring, new carpeting, cleaning up/rehabbing the backyard, etc.). I am always happy with the QUALITY of his work. As a result, I was able to attract good tenants for both properties.
