 + 0 moreEstimate was give in August, work not completed 'tile January. They only checked and replaced wood around one window. We found more damage later- 3 windows actually needed repair. Window trim wood replaced with particle board. We requested interior skylights be fixed a certain way. Requests were ignored 3 times and they fixed them how they wanted to. Apparently, the customer isn't always right (which may have been the case) but an explanation would have be nice. After we sent a photo of shoddy work to the boss, a worker did come back to do a better job on one of the skylights. Laborers were hard-working and polite. Neighbors commented on how efficient they were and the low volume of the music they worked to...... Update- we had a skylight that always leaked, we paid 3 different guys to fix it over the years- when roof was replaced by Garcia, new skylight in same location leaked- he came right away and fixed it himself- he was the only one who could figure out the problem.
Description of Work: Hail storm destroyed roof and back room of house. Roof was replaced. From back room, carpets were removed, water-damaged trim around window removed and replaced. New windows installed.
