We have had Waste Mngt. since 2008. We moved to Dewey Arizona, Waste Mngt. transferred our service to our new address. They missed us two out of six times to be picked up. When I called the day after they missed us, I was told they would pick it up that day. Never showed up. Called them again, this time they said the driver stated the can was not out. The can does not get moved from the spot they put it. They said it would be a couple of more days before they would come & do the job they were paid in advance for. So I FIRED them on the spot & had another trash service 10 minutes later. When I said I was going to a different Trash service, they said "OK".

What can I say, we never see them and they take our garbage and recycling away for us. Some days our recycle service is not picked up. We have called and they have offered to come pick it up right away for no additional cost. The price of their service seems to be increasing though, so we are going to be switching to a cheaper provider soon.
Description of Work: We use Waste Management for our garbage and recycling service. The truck comes and picks up the bins and empties them.
