+ -1 moreWe were very pleased with the results. They informed us of what work they expected would take place for each day. Usually, they ran a little ahead of schedule. If potential problems arose , they always asked questions from the homeowner in advance. The work was very professional.
Description of Work: Kevin Leonard and his employee, Alphonso, laid fabric and rock over approximately 1/2 acre of land. This work included laying irrigation lines to various trees and shrubs. In one instance., the work required drilling a passageway underneath a sidewalk to supply water to three rose plants. Prior to the laying of fabric and rock, weeds and grass had to be dug up around the perimeter.

+ -1 moreAccomplishment of this landscaping was a two part process: late spring and early fall per homeowner's request. Each event was done within a week. Kevin and his helper were very polite and apprised us of what would be expected to take place each day. Usually they ran slightly ahead of their schedule. We were very pleased with the results and plan on hiring Kevin again for any future landscaping needs as we plan to sell this house in 1 1/2 years.
