I am very pleased with Tim's thoroughness and professional service. Tim answered his phone while he was on vacation and made appointment to come out the next day--the 4th of July. Tim had quoted me digging and pump out charges over the phone before coming out, and he did not charge an extra fee for doing this on a holiday, July 4th. He had downloaded a copy of permit for me and for his use in helping locate the septic tank. There is considerable rock in the soil in my area, with some fairly large. Digging and removing the rock plus having water line running above the cover extended dig period to 1-1/2 hours to get to and remove the lid. Failure to flow after pumping out indicated blockage in line. Tim used a snake line camera and powered snake tool to locate and clear the blockage. This was unanticipated by both of us when appointment was made, and added a reasonable additional fee for the total service. I also appreciate Tim's appraisal of condition of my lines and his professional advice. I highly recommend Tim, Yavapai Septic Services, and if need be, will use his company in the future.

rough this experience. Yavapai wasI was given Yavapai's name and number from my Realtor because the home that I just bought had used Black Hills Pumping, out of Cottonwood and they did a terrible job and lied all the way the way through this experience. Yavapai came out and were so easy to work with and had to do the job correctly. I had them reinspect and pump and scope and repair the crushed output pipe and also install two risers, for easy access. Their prices were normal and everything was explained and the job was very professionally done. DO NOT USE "BLACK HILLS PUMPING" I am suing them in small claims court for the 1000.00 repair costs. We called and left messages at least twice over a 2 week period asking if they would be willing to provide septic pumping services for us in the VOC, but our calls were never returned. Very frustrating.

this famly owned company explained our plumbing system and helped with our toilet leakage and went above and beyond just cleaning out the septic tank.He was concerned with the way all the sinks and toilets worked and did not leave untill we understood what to do next .He charged us nothing more for his expertise.He spent plenty of time with us ,great guy
