My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work that was has done for us over the last few months. They did an excellent job with our gravel landscaping -- even the neighbor complimented it! They also treated some neglected trees that are now green, happy, and healthy. We appreciate that Jim is so willing to give us tips on how to care for various trees and plants that I'm not familiar -- highly recommend.

When we first started with Spectrum the cleaning was great. A crew of no less than 3 people came and they did an amazing job. After the first couple of months the crew kept changing and the service began deteriorating as the new cleaners missed a lot of what was originally promised. Suddenly only one person started coming and, although they were dependable,flexible and trust worthy cleaning took more than twice as long and the quality of cleaning was inconsistent week to week. They do not do deep cleaning, don't vacuum/clean under furniture. They are dependable, flexible and reasonably priced for the adequate job they do.

Jim and Clay installed three chandeliers, removed two fans and installed them in other rooms, removed three fans and replaced them with new ones. Both the chandeliers and fans had to be assembled and installed. | |Prior to this visit, they installed Roman shades in 15 windows, hung a mirror, and put in 30 drawer pulls on drawers that previously had no hardware. | |I already know I will call Spectrum again for any other projects that come up. Both men were friendly and conscientious about cleaning up and being on time.

They did a very good job. Afterwards, I think I saw one little cobweb that they left. I think they did a really good job. They were very thorough and efficient. I think we contacted two or three others and Spectrum Home Services of Northern Arizona was a little cheaper. We have since found an individual who comes and cleans are house for cheaper. They came when we needed them to and they were responsive with their services. They came on time. I would use them again if I had money to burn.

I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism of the company and the quality of the work completed. I recommend the services of Spectrum Home Services without reservation.
