Just fine. Gentleman arrived on time; got the job efficiently done. Very polite and thoughtful.

My husband called another carpet cleaning company (not thru Angie's List), but they could not get out to the property for 4 days, and our renters wanted to start moving in sooner. So I got onto Angie's List and called ServiceMaster to see if they could get out to the property sooner. I left my information with an office person, and got a call back from Ethan about 5 minutes later. He said he could get out to the house that afternoon, which is what we were hoping for. Ethan showed up exactly when he said he would and took care of our carpets professionally. I really appreciate how they were able to fit us in that day.

First man came out and didn't clean the carpet, got it wet and that's all. Someone else came out to check the work and saw that nothing had been done. Never did they offer me a free cleaning since what I paid for was not done. I finally said I'd pay for half of another cleaning. I really did not think that was fair. The man who came out to do the 2nd job claimed I was getting a good deal because the area was larger than the order said it was, however, I told him the measurement had been taken by someone from Service Master and the house has not grown larger. I was very unhappy about the lack of professionalism and the poor cleaning they did. I used these people for about 12 years, but never again and will not recommend them.

We have had the carpets cleaned about every year on the RV and we have been on the roads for 12years. The gentlemen who did it said he liked cleaned our RV and that makes a huge difference and he really did a good job. He was a very thorough. He did the carpets, chairs and couch in the RV. We had a coupon form Angie’s List which was $130 and think that it would have been $160 without the coupon.
