I submitted a negative report for this contractor because he did not return my call. But he did return my call shortly thereafter. Therefore, I wish to withdraw the report.

We obtained 3 estimates, Doug took the time to come out 3 times to specifically itemize and think thru the required work, everything from rebuilding stairway that was not up to code, to redesigning a kitchen.he was very communicative, specific, detailed, personable, and cost effective pleasure to work with, work done as promised, for less cost than estimated, suggestions made for improved flow and sub contractors that were all quality workers and products.designed a new stairwell that was up to code, brought in electricians to evaluate existing wiring and made proper repairs,helped with donations of existing furniture that was damaged, a true gentleman and very excellent work quality above expectations.

Noble Heritage provided quality custom home construction, delivered on schedule, and on budget. My professional background is project management with a Fortune 500 company. I would definately choose Noble Heritage again. They are experienced, honest, suggest improvements where appropriate, and know the local subcontractors very well and can select the right crew for the job. On our jobs they met all quality, cost and schedule targets - an excellent performance! You can get lower bids and faster schedules - but Doug and Dez at Noble Heritage actually meet their targets.
