Living Design LLC is a design and construction company that specializes in sustainable and energy-efficient residential construction. Living Design LLC has designed and built homes that incorporate passive heating and cooling, solar hot water, solar electricity, rainwater harvesting, and greywater recycling. Living Design LLC uses alternative building materials such as insulated concrete forms (ICF), structural insulated panels (SIPS), straw-bale and adobe block, as well as standard frame construction. All of the homes we build feature high insulation values and high efficiency heating and cooling systems.

Description of Work: This guy is a very small specialty builder and seemed rather pricy or that's the impression that I got and he no bid my job.I will be building a house in Prescott,Az in 2015 so I am looking for resonabably priced builders to quote on my job.

Extremely competent, honest, fair, and totally open about billing. Work is done like it was their own home! Computer literate so I got e-mail, photos, and spreadsheet control as the project progressed as I was not on site. House has an "owner's manual" which is two 4 inch binders and a DVD with photos of everything before covering with dry wall. Recently moved to Cottonwood, AZ. This is my loss of a great resource and friend but if you are in his new area, you can't go wrong.
Description of Work: General Contractor. Built our house.
