Description of Work: I needed a large window replaced and wisely decided this was out of my skill-set. I replaced smaller glass panes in the past, and even replaced entire windows, but decided to have Holm's glass do an onsite measure, and submit a bid to install. That was the smartest decision I made this year! Susan scheduled the measurement and called the same day with an very reasonable bid. for parts and labor. I asked for a few changes (opaque glass) and braced for a drastic price increase. Instead, the increase was only a few dollars. The window was installed today by Bruce. Susan called to verify the time was convenient for me, and Bruce arrived even earlier than expected. He was polite, professional and completely customer oriented. The window was installed quickily and Bruce cleaned the window after installing it, and removed all debris. If I ever need a glass replaced, I definitely would not waste a minute wondering who to call - Holm's Glass - 928-646-9594 is the first and only choice. I added that to the speed-dial and strongly suggest you do the same. You will not be disappointed with the quality and service. Everyone I encountered at Holm's Glass is fantastic and would recommend them to anyone I know. I'm almost tempted to break another glass just to see if the same great results.
