I contacted Cottonwood Tree Service about removal of a ~12 foot tall apple tree that was planted too close to the house. They were slow to return my call, but they did call back eventually. They scheduled the removal on a day they were already in the area, which was OK with me. The removal went well, with no damage to the house. They cleaned up all the debris, including the apples that had fallen off during the process. I would call them again if needed.

Wiil Drake and his wife were very informative on the phone giving general watering instructions and possible reasons that the tree was dying. When he came on site to inspect the tree, he showed us that it had Bark Beetles and was too far gone to save. He gave us a bid to cut it down and remove the tree. We had had another tree removed a few years before and this bid was very competitive. He arrived on time, removed the tree and walked around our yard making comments about 5 other trees. Some needed trimming and watering and one needed the trunk to be painted with sealant. He did all the other work that he suggested for no additional fee. Will is a certified Arborist with impressive knowledge about trees and shrubs in this area. We will definitely use him again as necessary.
