Description of Work: It was a hot weekend and the a/c stopped blowing cold. Responsiveness was good as our prior company wouldn't even move us to priority list. Technician was very late came an hour late. Luckily my work is flexible & it didn't put me out. |Technician was super professional & explained problem very well and showed me the coil & where it was leaking. |Explained options of fixing versus replacement. |The office then emailed me options in writing and I emailed them back promptly asking for some clarification and after 3 days still had not heard back. They said they did not get my email. |Overall was happy with them and would recommend to others.
