Everything went well. They were prompt and efficient when they came to do the estimate, and explained everything in detail. On cleaning day they also arrived promptly and worked quickly. When they were done, the carpets looked like new and all the spots were gone. They provided information on the future care of the carpets. Gary, the owner, did the cleaning along with an assistant. Gary's wife, Suzanne, coordinated our schedule and stayed in touch -- including a follow-up call.

I thought the price was reasonable. They did an excellent job. They are non-toxic, so there was no smell and I was very happy that they are green and that it was safe for my pets.

Carpet cleaners arrived with very old trucks (leaked oil on driveway). Also came wihout enough carpet protectant (according to one of the technicians) we paid 100.00 dollars additional for their so called carpet protection, they were in and out of here in less than 2 hours, without mentioning whether they had enough of the so called protectant to completely finish the job! Overall experience was not satisfactory, and will not use their company again in the future.

Gary came to the house and measured the rooms to see how much work it would be. He gave me 3 estimates (1 for just cleaning, 1 for adding a protecting spray, and 1 for extra protection for the carpet). I chose the cleaning with protecting spray. I was impressed with Clean Source's online site because they showed a video of what would be done as the carpet was cleaned. I called the office and made an appointment, got the day and hour I wanted. Gary and his helper showed up on time and began working immediately. They thoroughly cleaned every room and finished in an hour and a half. I was given a chance to approve of the cleaning before I decided to go ahead with having him apply the protecting spray. I did approve it. My dog had died the day before and left quite a bit more mess than Gary had seen but he said not to worry they would take care of it. They did a wonderful job! The carpet is 15 years old and had not been cleaned for at least 2 years because I couldn't get a recommendation from anyone and put it off too long so it was very dirty. I joined Angie's List in order to find a carpet cleaner and I chose Clean Source because of the feedback on Angie's List.

Called before arrival, surveyed areas, moved truck to minimize noise and disruptions. Very courteous and professional. Efficient but not hurried. Made sure we were satisfied, careful and attentive to be thorough.

They really took a lot of time setting up the job. They did an excellent job. They were sensitive about my wants and desires. They were prompt, professional, and responsive to what I wanted.
