+ -1 moreMy attic had a large hole that even a racoon could fit through. Rats also chewed wires and left lots of droppings. Nathan and his crew removed all the droppings and soiled insulation using very powerful professional vacuum systems. Then they sprayed disinfectant to remove any odors. They also erected a plastic sheet tunnel between the attic access and the front door. Nathan sealed the hole with a metal plate to keep all the critters out. I highly recommend Arizona Rodent Solutions!

+ -1 moreArizona Rodent Solutions did a fantastic job that exceeded our expectations. Nathan did a very detailed preliminary inspections, and they used two different large vacuums to clean out my attic, and their work made us realize that this was a job we could never have accomplished on our own. They also sealed up any areas where animals could have gotten in, using colored metal that matched the house, which we were very pleased with. I would absolutely recommend them.

Description of Work: My house is in an area where rats are numerous and difficult to control. This company (Nathan), did thorough job in eliminating the ones that were present and blocking others from getting in. When the rats chewed through another entrance he came out and fixed that too (no additional charge) The company was prompt and easy to work with.

Description of Work: We had pack rats gnawing wood under the house. Arizona Rodent Solutions identified all the places where the rats could gain entrance, set and checked traps about every other day for about 3 weeks until no more rats could be caught. Then they closed all the possible entries (and there were a lot more than I thought). They even built and put in a little door into our crawl space. No more rats! A great job!
