I had rats and racoons in my attic for many years. Nathan and crew cleaned out the droppings and soiled insulation with their huge industrial powerful vacuum systems. Then they sprayed disinfectant to remove odors. They created a plastic sheet tunnel between the attic access panel and the front door to protect our home. Nathan installed metal covers over the holes in my roof's eves to keep the critters out. I highly recommend Arizona Rodent Solutions !

Arizona Rodent Solutions did a fantastic job that exceeded our expectations. Nathan did a very detailed preliminary inspections, and they used two different large vacuums to clean out my attic, and their work made us realize that this was a job we could never have accomplished on our own. They also sealed up any areas where animals could have gotten in, using colored metal that matched the house, which we were very pleased with. I would absolutely recommend them.

THey caught the the culprit on the first round. It was a pocket gpher who was making loits of mounds. 3 weeks later no sign of any gophers
