Description of Work: The repairman tried his best to fix my washing machine that had apparently "frozen up" and was unable to. They did however, charge me for the service call which was to be expected.

+ -1 moreThis was just a great service experience. When I called the office it was Friday afternoon and I thought for sure I wouldn't be able to get anyone out until Monday. The girl on the phone was extremely patient and helpful and got a technician out to the house about an hour after I called. He was so knowledgeable and he had all the parts right there on the truck. He even told me about a program that my refrigerator fell under that would cover the cost of the main board, saving me almost $130! This was a great experience with an honest company, wish that could happen more often!
Description of Work: Technician replaced the defrost heaters and main control board in my refrigerator.
