Description of Work: We have used them before. Our dishwasher went out just before Christmas - when it is hard to get service and delivery of parts. Sean came exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate, ordered the part and left. He called a few days later when the part came in and installed the part. Estimate was right on the final price. He is affable, professional, clean and cleans up after himself. Best appliance repairman we have ever dealt with.

Description of Work: Our dryer was not drying properly. We had a flexible vent hose which was preventing airflow. They installed a semi-flexible vent hose in a loop which solved the problem and now our 15 year old dryer is working like its new.
