"The Rental arm of Long Realty has some serious issues. Renter beware! We rented a home through Long Realty Green Valley Rental Properties in March 2023. We arrived to a dirty home, ripped screens, sinks that would not drain, tattered bath towels, non-flowing shower heads, running toilet and no gas for the gas grill. We notified the property manager the following morning. Our first morning we were asked to be there to let in a cleaner to re-clean the house. The hot water heater stopped working - we called the emergency number and 18 hours later we received a call back. The following day, we were again asked to remain home to let the plumber in for repair. Two weeks later, some of the plumbing repairs were scheduled and again we were asked to stay home to let the maintenance repair guy in. Slow response to our maintenance issues and some of these were identified by the previous renter. Green Valley Rental policy differs from most agencies charging you the total rental fee up front (1 year prior to rental in our case) a processing fee, removal of any trash and does not have the ability to place a lock box on the property for entry if you arrive after 3pm. As a property manager myself, I was not happy with the poor customer service, poor communication and substandard management of property."
