They refused to send someone out unless I agreed on the phone that it was not a warranty issue. "The tech service people were tremendous. Both were very friendly, courteous and professional. The only problem I had was in setting the service appointment up with the telephone operator. She was difficult to understand and insisted that I had an electric dryer when it is actually a gas dryer. I also noted that the service tech for the dryer needed a lift to remove the dryer and the first service tech did not have a lift but arranged for a different service tech with a lift to come to my home to actually service the dryer."

"They offered a $59 inspection. My elderly parents(83 & 87) needed duct cleaning. The technicians inspected and came up with $7,000 in services needed. They didn't produce an itemized quote(said they couldn't connect to their online system). But without any written quote they got online and had my parents sign for a $7,000 loan with Ally Lending. A few hours later we called Ally Lending to cancel the loan and were told we would need to file a dispute. We then called Superior who said they would cancel the work order(still no quotes sent to us). But 2 days later when we called the lender... it had not been cancelled and we were again told we would need to file a dispute. I informed the lender that we were in Arizona and had a legal right to cancel the loan within 3 days. They didn't know this and had to look it up. We're still waiting for confirmation that the loan has been cancelled. Superior sent us an email saying they would cancel the work order. The email was unsigned. And this still does not negate the fact that they got my elderly parents to sign for a $7,000 /10 yr/9.99% loan without ever showing them any itemized quote. The salesperson sat at their kitchen table and told them the payments would only be $100 per month(for 10yrs). Congratulations Superior One Hour Air... YOU'RE THE BAD GUYS."

"I own a 4 level air cooled self storage property. I have waited 18 months to write this review so I could calm down. Chris installed 4 new large evap coolers with filters at a fair price and they work fine. He came over to do a minor warranty repair and found me in the office. He said the Sept. 15th hail storm tore our roof apart and we needed a new roof. He would send a roofing contractor over to estimate the cost of a roof that hail cannot damage. The roofer came and said to budget $22,500. The roof was 1 year old. The contractor who did the new roof reinspected and said there was no damage and if it leaks give him a call. Well it has not leaked over the past 18 months. Now to the complaint. Our exhaust vent that pulls the evap cooler air through each floor of the building stopped working. Chris came out and said it would take him a week or two to get to it and it would be $1,000 to $2,000 to repair. Summer was weeks away. Chris came back out and said his first estimate was wrong. After further inspection his adjusted fee was $5,200 and it could be done in about two weeks when the parts come in. We called Rite Way Heating and Cooling. Within an hour a repair man was on site. He looked at the big exhaust vent system and said he could get it fixed in a few minutes. The cost would be $150. We said get it done. It took a few minutes and he was out the door. I think he told my manger it was a cotter pin. RiteWay saved us $5,050."
