Description of Work: initial consultation and promises and agreement very personable and professional, offered to save us money by their buying power and connections. had very good taste and picked up on what we liked right away.however it soon became obvious that most of their recommendations were for products/people that they made a kick back on, rather than best deal for us.1) purchased rug from catalog, we found at a lower price online without their connections, they matched it, but it did not work, they did not tell us of restocking fee2) recommended contractor that they said was licensed and bonded, he was not3) suggested many items, chairs, bedding, lighting, all very expensive despite our budget constraints4) recommended product line for home that was not appropriate for kitchen,5) hired them to do kitchen cabinet remodel and drawing very sketchy and turns out measurements were incorrect, they had told us to go ahead and order off those measurements and good thing we did not6) ordered custom bedding, sizes wrong and pretty amateurish , they were unwilling to make it correct.
