Cabinetry work was not bad though it took much longer and was more costly than quoted. Final touches were delayed far longer than should have been. Even worse, however, is that it took nearly three months to complete a relatively simple staircase in our home. They damaged our paint and wood accents in the home with staples. It cost considerably more than the bid. There were issues of poor workmanship, untimeliness, and even unprofessional behavior (contractor said to us, "If you can do a better job, do it yourself." This was said in response to our critique that metal plates were not centered, as they should have been, on each wooden stair step). This 'contractor' was referred to us by a friend. Only after we complained to our friend about him were we able to get many of the issues resolved. We still aren't entirely happy with the quality of work but the entire process was an unmitigated nightmare. Frankly, we just wanted the crew out of our home. One of the workman was actually quite a nice man however he did not appear to have construction or remodel experience. Overall, I don't think this contractor provided sufficient oversight, attention to detail or quality, and I feel he really just didn't care. We would not recommend him.
