"Read to the end. This job took place several months ago. Why are they choosing to say something now? My Machine is called an Oreck orbiter. My method of cleaning is called low moisture cleaning or VLM. My products include Citrus Dragon, Go Oxy, Magic Bullet, Angry Lemon, War on Pee and Sensational. I mix them according to the needs of the job. My process is to vacuum, then I spray the cleaning solution, then I extract with a pad driver. I have different pad drivers for different things. Because I use less water, a pad with a pad driver is enough to extract the cleaning solution. No hoses are needed. The solution dissolves stains and encapsulates dirt, dust, oils, etc. That is why this cleaning process is also called Encap or Low moisture cleaning. I always offer to come do another treatment for free if you contact me within 7 days. I offered to come back but you denied my offer. You never paid me for the couch. Which is why our new policy is to never leave a job site without getting payment. Also I took before and after of your carpets. I use them on another site and they have gotten me more jobs. Read that again? The results from these carpets were SO GOOD that I use them in my daily marketing! If you were unhappy with results you should of had me come back. But you probably didnt want me to come back because you didnt want to pay for the rest of the job. Also your granddaughters house needs A LOT of work. The carpets were in VERY poor condition. I offered to not only re-treat certain areas. I OFFERED TO CLEAN TWO ROOMS, AREAS, AND COUCHES PER MONTH FOR FREE FOR A YEAR. That is several thousand dollars worth of cleaning. I did this because your granddaughter is a neighbor, I saw the need, and I thought it would make great before and afters for marketing. My only requirement was that you paid for the couch I cleaned. I never heard back. I understand your family is going through hard times. But this is low. This is not how you treat neighbors, especially after hugging them goodbye, thanking them profusely, and telling their kids to call you grandma. Your flat out lies leave me feeling shot in the back. I truly hope no other small companies agree to do business with you."
