Description of Work: Jeff examined my dead computer, used for business, and determined a dead power supply, came back next morning with a replacement and found a motherboard corrupted/damaged and felt not worth our expense to repair/replace an 8 year old unit. He set up our tablets and cell phones to work with our printer until we decided what new route to take. Only charged for initial service call, did not charge for the part he had ordered since it would not alone solve the problem, spent an extra hour discussing computer options and other tech info for us ...not to sell us, just as a guide. Good guy. After we got new computer from Microsoft (Jeff recommended the make) he called us to make sure we were OK and gave some advice over the phone that saved us time and problems with some technical connections. Thanks.

Description of Work: I called thinking I needed a repair service. He promptly returned my call, discussed the problem on the phone and indicated that I did not need to have any work done at this time. He also fully explained the situation I was seeing and was very helpful. No charge.

Description of Work: I have used Jeff for several years. He set up our home wireless network, firewall, and virus protection. Has repaired our computers(we have four)and has been a great resource.
