Called them yesterday afternoon and they were out the next morning. The technician Travis was friendly, respectful and knowleable. He first did some tests, explaining what he was doing as he went along and had the switch replaced within an hour. The phone estimate for a new diaphragm had been $800.00 or more so just needing a switch was a pleasant surprise as was his honesty. No pressure or mention of unnecessary other work. He tested the system as I watched before he left. We have been very pleased with Valley Pump since 2003 and highly recommend them.

I began looking for a home in Arizona in March 2013. I wanted a home with a well but had lots of questions. My realtor told me that she swears by Valley Pump and they would help answer any questions I might have. I made contact with Donny on my first trip in March and conversed with him many times via phone and email through June when I had him inspect the well of the home I had decided to purchase. During that time and all the way into September, I questioned him relentlessly as he educated me about private wells. I asked for his opinion and advice on pumping systems as well as numerous quotes for everything from well testing to well drilling and equipment costs. Even though his company is restricted to pump equipment, he would contact other contractors for any associated services I was asking about and get quotes for me. He bent over backwards to help me without having any indication as to whether I was going to purchase anything from him or not. All calls and emails were answered within hours not days, even on weekends and holidays. I finally decided in september to completely update my pump house with a new pump, controls, tank floats, copper waterlines etc. When I told him to go ahead with the renovation, I was expecting to wait for several weeks but his partner was doing the install within two days. They were here on time and finished 30 minutes early. It turned out absolutely great. I cannot say enough about these guys. They are the absolute best, very honest and very customer service oriented. I would never use anyone else.

I recently moved to northern Arizona from the Phoenix area. If you read my other reviews, you'll see I've had trouble with vendors and contractors up here. But NOT with these guys. Valley Pump Service has been a pleasure to deal with. They do exactly what they say they will do, they do it right, they show up on time, answer their cell phones when I call, help me with questions, etc... After all the trouble I've had with other vendors and contractors building my garage and other projects, my cousin and I built a new well house on our own, after which, I had Valley Pump pull all new electric and install a new 2600 gallon storage tank, new pressure tanks, new booster pump, and all new wiring and pipe to existing well. They did a wonderful job. Completed it in 6 hours so I was without water for only a short time. These guys (Donny and Adam - brothers - family owned) know what they are doing and take very good care of my pump related needs. They are a joy to work with. I recommend them highly. Best contractors I've worked with so far in Northern AZ. When I was looking for quotes for this pump house equipment move and upgrade, I called six pump companies in the area. Two never showed up for a quote, two others showed up but never got me a quote back, one quote was nearly double the quote of Valley Pump and didnt include all new electric (plus they said 3 days without water). So I chose Valley Pump. Best decision I made. Highly recommend
