Description of Work: Sent parts in for repair, unprofessional demeanor and skills in question. Was unsure he knew how to repair my built in side by side fridge but tinkered with it anyways. Was part of a warranty repair so limited as to choice of repair man.

Description of Work: Refrigerator compressor was overheating and sometimes unable to start-up. He used an inexpensive fix rather than replace the compressor which would have been very expensive. We really appreciate his honesty and will always use him in the future.

+ -1 moreAs mentioned above, things didn't go well the first time and we weren't sure it was fixed the first time. The serviceman told us to monitor the noise and let him know if it continued; it did. After our call he ordered a second pump and a week later installed the second pump. He came on the specified time he said he would. Considering it took 35 minutes to get here from his office. I would gladly recommend him to all my friends.
Description of Work: Replaced a water pump in our wash machine. Had to do it twice! The first one was bad from the factory. It required at least 45 minutes each time to get the job done

+ -1 moreMicrowave: I spilled water on circuit board while cleaning it 2 days before our big July 4th party; told John I had an emergency. He came promptly, determined oven couldn't be repaired. I bought a new microwave same day; he came back next day to install it and only charged us for one basic service call!! Dishwasher: first time, found water on floor in front of machine; he determined there was no leak and it was due to my husband spilling water. Second time: machine was making weird noises. John took it apart; found nutshell lodged somewhere in the works (my husband again!), reassembled everything and it worked fine. We feel he is very honest and reasonably priced and others we've talked to like him also
Description of Work: 2 visits for dishwasher, 1 for microwave oven.
