After contacting Chris via email, he responded quickly and we scheduled an inspection about a week later. All contracts were handled online, which I appreciated. Since we had limited access to the house, he said it would be fine if we brought in a termite inspector and HVAC estimator during the appointment. Christ arrived promptly and began quickly. His inspection was very thorough and reminded me of Mike Holmes from HGTV. After the 3 hour inspection, he created and printed his report on site. The report includes many photos with areas of concern marked; the descriptions of the problem areas are in blue so they are easier to find. He created an excellent notebook with my receipt, the detailed report, a summary section, and a great section on common house maintenance and repairs which my husband and I are going to read thoroughly. After creating the notebook, he walked us through the entire house methodically to explain his findings.

Chris usually has a morning or afternoon inspection. He gets to the house, does his inspections, and then meets with the clients at the house if they would like to review the findings in person. Chris does not skimp on his inspections. For example, some inspectors will test a sampling of outlets in the house. Chris will test every outlet.

I contacted Proline to set up an inspection of my home to prepare it for sale. Proline was easy to conact and set up an appointment with. Communication was good on what to expect from the inspection. Chris arrived right on time and got to work. I was very pleased with his thoroughness and attention to detail. I highly reccomend Proline Inspection Services and would use them again.

The owner of the company came out to personal inspect a home I plan to purchase. He was on time, and poliet. Friendly. He didn't skim on what he checked out, searching under the house as well. He carefully went over his written report with me, and presented me with a book of the things he saw. He also created for me a DVD of the report. I would use him again.
