They repaired the ice maker. If the repair didn't work, it would have been a long time to get a replacement because of item on back order.

Technician David found some wires which had shorted and repaired those hoping it would correct problem. Unfortunately, this did not work. Parts are no longer made for this machine so would be impossible to get replacement parts. If repair worked would have completely been ok. Even though was not repairable was worth the expense on the chance 20 year old machine could be repaired. Was given good advise on types of machines he finds last the longest as well.
Description of Work: My Maytag front loading washing machine stopped spinning. Evaluate for repair.

They fixed it the same day they showed up. I called that morning prior to 8AM trying to get a repair the same day which they were able to do!!! They are wonderful! They pick up the phone during working hours. If they are busy they return calls promptly. They show up when the time they schedule with you. They fix things without adding additional fees. They are HONEST!!!

he had to order parts for machine and we had to wait on delivery. he kept us informed as to when the parts were expected and scheduled us as soon as parts were in. would definitely recommend him to others as well as use him again. very professional, courteous and thorough. left nothing behind!

Jack and Penny are a great team: professional, responsive, and friendly. Our GE refrigerator stopped cooling over the weekend. I called Pro Appliance Service, LLC Monday morning. I spoke with Penny, and she was great to work with. Jack availability meant he would be out the same day. He arrived within the scheduled time-window. Proceeded to diagnose, in consultation with GE product support (as an authorized service provider, Jack was able to get access to GE experts quickly), a complicated and nuanced issue with our refrigerator. He was friendly, efficient, and thorough. I am very happy with Pro Appliance Service, and will use them again! Thanks Jack and Penny!

Jack called me back immediately and was able to come within a couple of days. He arrived during the time promised. He was clean and very professional. Jack could not get the machine to fail as it had in the past. He did clean a small spot on the boot that could have caused the problem and suggested that I was using too much detergent. He also advised that I clean the tub with Affresh. Since, we could not get it to leak, I will do as he suggested and call him back if I have the problem again.

It only took one week for the Pro Appliance service man to discover what was wrong with my dryer and range; fixing the dryer in one visit; ordering a part for the range and installing it. Overall the whole experience was done in a professional and timely manner.
Description of Work: I was having trouble with my dryer and believed the belt was going on it. Every time the dryer started it made a noise. However to my relief all it need was lubrication and a bit of cleaning some elements. The second item on my list was my stove top/range. One day while using the stovetop I heard a pop and one of the dial lights went out so I thought a blub had burned out. Upon looking at the back of the oven, the serviceman found a small circuit board and showed me just where my problem had been. He showed my where it had blown in couple of places. He said he would have to order the part but would call me with an estimate to let me know what the price would be. He called that night; I thought the price was in reason so he ordered the part and would call me as soon as it arrived. On April 29, service man arrived with the part needed for replacement on the range and was done in 15 minutes. So we are back in business.
