+ -1 moreTed was very thorough going through our list of upgrades. Then he disconnected the three sinks. Afterwards, he went over the items for the estimate one more time to make sure he completely understood what we needed. Excellent work and explained what was necessary in detail.
Description of Work: We had called Ted for an estimate on several items for a newly purchased home. We called back to ask if, when he came out to give us the estimate, he could disconnect three sinks for us while we were taking apart the kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Ted was here all day from 10AM until 2PM and then from 3PM until :5:15 PM. He worked the entire time. He went to get parts and didn't charge us for travel time or gas. He was very professional and did a really good job. He cleaned up after himself and explained every step of the way what he was doing and why. The work was expensive and I expected it to be due to the extent and type of work done. He guaranteed his work for two years. He also said that he would come out in an emergency. He is licensed, familiar with the codes and has many years experience. I have placed Perfection Plumbing on my permanent list of service providers and will use this company any time I need plumbing work. How wonderful it is to find an honest reliable plumber!!
Description of Work: Replaced 3 hose bibs on house built in 1994.

+ -1 moreIt was the first time I had used him. When he came in, he discovered that in the tank, a terrible amount of black mold. It turned out it was because the bathroom fan wasn't working properly. I ended up getting a new toilet and he installed it. He went extraordinary lengths to make sure I was happy and satisfied with his work. The work done was excellent and the toilet he chose matched the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this craftsman!
Description of Work: They were supposed to just secure the toilet to the floor and regrout it.

+ -1 more.I was extremely impressed, not only with Ted's plumbing skills but also his ability to work with the company that was installing the furnace. I am pleased with the new hot water heater and the service provided. I would refer Perfection Plumbing to anyone.
Description of Work: My heater and water heater began to disfunction at the same time. After signing up for Angie's list and reading the reports of others, I selected Perfection Plumbing to install my water heater. They are both on a platform in a very small area. Ted came out the same day I called. I had researched prices and types of water heaters and installation fees before he came. Because of that I knew that the job would be more expensive than a water heater that was in a much more open space. Ted very carefully evaluated what it would take to get a comparable water heater in the small area. He had to special order one that would fit and still contain 40 gallons. Due to the both the new units being installed, pipes had to be moved etc.. The job took most of the day.

Description of Work: I have used this company twice. In April 2008, this contractor installed a new kitchen sink, faucet and water filtration system. In July 2009, this contractor completed toilet repairs in my home.
