+ -1 moreHe didn't show up at the time agreed today and I didn't get a call. Several hours later, he came by my house asking if he could do the job tomorrow. Gave me the excuse that he ran over his phone. He needed to just show up and clean the carpet & couch at the time designated. Won't be using him again or recommending him to anyone else.
Description of Work: I called and set up an appointment to have my carpet and couch cleaned from (J & S Carpet Cleaning) located in Chino Valley.

+ -1 moreIt didn't go at all. I won't be using him and would not recommend him to anyone. I thought Angie's List checked on everyone to make sure that they are all quality professionals in all trades. I'm questioning Angie's List. Will think twice before calling someone from their list.
Description of Work: Didn't show up at time we agreed upon. Several hours he did show up and asked if he could do the job at another time. My answer was NO!!!

Description of Work: I had three small carpets cleaned before we moved into a new house.

Description of Work: We had a washing machine valve failure, and the water flooded the pantry, kitchen, family room, living room, as well as halls and bathrooms. I had gotten the hard surface water up with the wet / dry vac, then called J & S. They pulled up the carpet and padding, then installed blowers for 11/2 days, installed new padding and reinstalled the rugs. Their professionalism and promptness was outstanding. Their equipment was 1st rate. We liked their work so much we had the whole house carpets cleaned. Superb job. They are coming back in several weeks to clean all the grout.
