Great! Air conditioner quit working on a Fri night. Called Terry Sat morning and he came about an hour later. He quickly found the problem but needed a part that wasn't in his inventory. He found a work around that provided air conditioning thru the weekend. Monday morning he picked up the part and installed it. Terry is professional, very knowledgable & provides quality work at a reasonable cost. We would recommend Terry & will use him in the future.

I wasn't present when Terry did the job but it took him longer than projected time due to finding more of a problem underneath the home than originally thought. He did a similar install up the street from me and they couldn't have been more pleased. I saw the before and after of his work and knew he was the right man for the job. My experience with Granite Mountain Mechanical was very pleasant. As we live quite a ways out in the country, I told him that when he was in the area to stop by at his convenience , no hurries. Two days later he called in the morning and set up an appointment for that afternoon. He showed up when he said he would, did a complete and thorough check of both units. He found a couple of things that would need attention in the future but were not going to fail in the immediate future. He did not try to sell us any services or parts because he felt that they were not needed yet. As our house was built 20 years ago, the unit is not real efficient . Terry took the time to explain what could be done to upgrade our system, gave us a written estimate for a couple different ways that we could go. No pressure tactics whatsoever. He even went so far as to change the air filters for us. I would not hesitate to recommend GMM to anyone.

The service was great. Terry included me in the inspection to explain what was being checked and why. The initial call to Granite Mountain Mechanical was for A/C problems but during the inspection found issues with my heat exchanger that could of led to other serious problems if not repaired. He explained everything in detail and went over several options with me before any repairs were made. Very honest and trustworthy. Previously I had another company come out to look at the unit and they said it wouldn't be worth repairing and wanted to sell me a new unit. Terry replace the damaged parts on my unit with no problem and it's as good as new. It was just a few days from when the parts were ordered to completion. Professionalism, honesty and experience goes along way and Terry showed those qualitys. I will use his service again and have already passed his information to several people.

All Services were performed in a professional & courteous manner. The Provider was able to obtain worn parts in a expedient time frame .As you know July in A,Z. can get pretty HOT the provider was able to get my unit running the same day. I referred him to my Inlaws & they as well as my neighbors were totally impressed. The most positive take from my experience with Granite Mountain Mechanical was they contacted me very next day to follow up on the operation of my unit. P.S. the provider also offers Veteran discounts.

Terry was professional, timely, well dressed, well mannered, and supremely honest. He found the problem was a simple fix and took care of it. He cleaned up after himself, and didn't charge me an exorbitant amount. What more could you possibly ask for on a 105 degree day in Arizona?
