Description of Work: "We returnd to our house in the middle of Jan. only to discover that our furnace was and had not been working during our absence. We had been customers of this company for over ten years so we called them for service. | |We were informed that they could not and would not be able to respond to our request for service of a week. The person that I spoke with did not care if the temperature inside our house was only about fourty degrees and it was freezing out side."

Description of Work: There was a winter storm in Prescott. Our two young grandchildren were with us. The heat went out early Sat. night. We called Chino Heating and Air and were delgihted that they came out on Sun. morning. We had only a space heater and the children were very cold. We are so grateful to them for the quick and efficent service. Thank you, thank you.
